Services Provided
The coaching relationship is a collaborative partnership designed to help the Client achieve specific business goals. The Coach provides guidance, resources, and accountability but makes no guarantees regarding the Client’s outcomes or results.

2. Payment Terms
Fees: The total fee for the coaching program is what the clients chooses in checkout.

Payment Options: Payment may be made in full or through a payment plan, as agreed upon during enrollment. Payment plan installments are due on specified dates agreed to in writing.

No refunds available.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Session Scheduling: Coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.
Rescheduling: The Client must notify the Coach at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule a session.

Coach Cancellations: If the Coach must cancel a session, the Client will be offered a makeup session at a mutually convenient time.

4. Commitment and Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to actively participate in all sessions, complete assigned work, and provide honest feedback. The Client is solely responsible for implementing the guidance and strategies provided.
Coach Responsibilities: The Coach will provide guidance, resources, and accountability tailored to the Client’s goals.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless:

Required by law, or
Written permission is provided by the Client to share specific details.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, and resources provided by the Coach are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of the Coach.
The Client may not reproduce, share, or distribute any proprietary materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Client understands that the Coach is not a financial advisor, therapist, or legal consultant. The Client accepts full responsibility for all decisions made during and after the coaching relationship. The Coach will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the coaching services.

8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. Any remaining sessions must be completed within 30 days of the termination notice. No refunds will be provided for unused sessions.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and Client. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
