1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Multi-Passionate Brand Academy (“Academy”), you (“Member”) agree to be
bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you
and Madison Tinder LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“Company”). If you do not agree,
do not enroll or access the Academy.
2. Membership & Billing
Membership in the Academy is offered on a month-to-month basis. By enrolling, you authorize
the Company to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly cycle until your
membership is cancelled.
• Your billing cycle begins on the date of your initial enrollment.
• Charges will automatically renew each month on the same calendar date.
• Membership rates are subject to change with at least 30 days’ written notice to you.
3. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Company does not offer refunds, credits, or prorations for any
reason, including but not limited to:
• Partial months of membership
• Unused access to content, courses, or community features
• Dissatisfaction with content or results
• Technical difficulties beyond the Company’s reasonable control
By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email to
the Company. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain
access to the Academy through the last day of the paid period. No partial-month refunds will be
issued upon cancellation.

5. Access & Intellectual Property
Upon active membership, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to
access Academy materials for your personal, non-commercial use. All content, curriculum,
materials, and branding within the Academy are the sole property of Madison Tinder LLC. You
may not share, reproduce, distribute.

6. Code of Conduct
Members agree to engage with the Academy community respectfully and professionally. The
Company reserves the right to revoke membership, without refund, for conduct deemed
harmful, disruptive, or in violation of these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Academy and all related content are provided “as is.” The Company makes no guarantees
regarding specific results, income, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by
Kentucky law, Madison Tinder LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of or participation in the Academy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of
Kentucky.
9. Updates to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued
membership after notice of updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
